Halloween Crafts from around the Web

Three Wheels Turning has a tutorial for these festive mod paper pumpkins. Requiring nothing more than paper, staples, scissors and string, and in the end a really groovy craft.
Cheri Sicard at Fabulous Living has created these seriously creepy shrunken heads made from apples, and a few other things you probably already have in your kitchen, provided you cook the occasional clove-studded ham.
Family Fun has a tutorial for these teensy-weensy pumpkins made from acorns. We won't be making them, as I have a incapacitating fear of tiny things, but I can appreciate their potential. This craft could be precipitated by a nature walk to gather acorns, which would be my favorite part.
In a craft that I think is truly visually interesting, The Long Thread made these leaf prints into Halloween bats. Once again, to be precipitated by a fall nature walk to gather leaves. Of maybe just a dash to the backyard.

ooohh I seriously love the bat project!!! super cute
